If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags.

If you are arriving early before our check in time is 17:00 or leaving very late or your flight is in the evening, you are very welcome to leave your luggage at the reception.

* When arriving at Amber Residence, please note the Main entrance is located on the Blandford Street Side.
* Reception access during office hours Monday to Friday Ring 1 + Enter at the front door from 09:00am – 18:00pm.
* Outside office hours and all other times including Saturday AFTER 12:00 & Sunday Dial 3 + Enter.
* Check in at Reception during office hours Or Caretaker after office hours
* In case of emergency, you can call the number listed on the door panel, +447768957246.
* Regarding check in and keys, if you are ARRIVING DURING OFFICE HOURS our reception employee will be very happy to assist, follow the instruction at the control panel next to the door.
* IMPORTANT IF YOU’RE ARRIVAL AFTER 18:00 – When arriving at the address, 42 Gloucester Place, press 3 + Enter at the panel door, kindly wait for 3 – 5 minutes for the caretaker to come out and give you the keys. The caretaker will welcome you and hand you the key to your studio.
* In family rooms: Amber Residence Apart Hotel charges no additional fee for children 18 years of age and younger occupying the same Family guest room as their parents or guardians (space permitting). Special rates may be available for two adults and two children 18 years of age and younger occupying two rooms, subject to availability. Age limits for children occupying parents’ or guardians’ guest rooms at no additional charge may vary.
