CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy is different from bookings made through our website and that is made through other booking channels, each booking channels have their own cancellation Policy. Booking made through our website using none refundable offer, and not subject to cancellation or refund, standard rate booking requires 7 days advance notice for full refund, anytime within the window of the 7 days or on arrival date no cancellation or refund.

FAQ

A serviced apartment is a completely furnished apartment available for both short-term and long- term stays. They are inclusive of utility bills and provide all of the hotel-like amenities such as maid service, reception with some offer 24 hours customer service.

All serviced apartments include, reception / concierge services, all utility costs included, ie. electricity, heating and water charges (excluding guests telephone usage), cleaning, television licenses and local government taxes (these are different from VAT). You do not need to pay any departure charges and most importantly, we do not charge you a booking or administration charge. All apartments also include cutlery, crockery, linen and towels.

Subject to availability changing of booking is free of charge, cancelling is based on booking and rate terms and policy, direct booking policy is different from agent and third party booking, none refundable booking cannot be cancelled changed or refunded.

All our Serviced Apartments consist of studios and do not have separate living. Some of our studio have more space than others, with so much extra space you can really relax and enjoy your stay for your next business trip, relocation or family vacation. Serviced apartments have separate areas for cooking, dining, living and sleeping – area at Amber Residence all are in one space, offering a better home from home experience.

Laundry service is offered through and external company not associated or related to Amber Residence, this service is offered for the convenient of the guests. Amber Residence do not take any responsibility for any issue or problem associated with this service.

A studio apartment is similar to a hotel room in that it has a large bedroom area, which is your main living space. The bed itself is often a fold way / sofa-bed, although some apartments have proper full size bed. Within the room will often include a small dining table or workspace, a television, music system and seating area. The apartment will also have a compact kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette will usually include a cooker, microwave, fridge and food preparation area. The bathroom will usually have a toilet, wash basin, bathtub and integral shower.

1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments differ from a studio apartment in that the apartment has a separate living room. Each bedroom is separate (sometimes they may have interconnecting doors) and has either a standard size double bed, although many apartments have queen and king size beds.

All our serviced apartments have free Wi-Fi, and it’s normally included in the overall cost.

Please make this request in the special request during the booking process.

An early check-in is sometimes possible, but needs to be requested in advance. In some cases, you may be required to pay for an additional stay the night before.

At our reception or concierge facility we will be happy to hold luggage on your behalf while you wait to access your apartment or waiting to depart if your departure is late.

The maximum occupancy of each apartment type varies. Typically, the below rules apply:

Single Studio apartment – One person

Double / Twin studio apartment – Two people

Triple Studio apartment – Three people

Family studio apartment – Four – Five*  people
